Assistants, agents and automations connected to your data and tools. We start from a task worth automating, measure how well the system does it, and put guardrails in place before anything reaches a customer.

What we deliver

Assistants, agents and automations connected to your data and tools, with evaluation and guardrails from the first sprint.

Assistants

Customer and employee assistants that answer from your own policies and data, and hand off to a person when they should.

Agents

Systems that take actions across your tools, from updating a CRM to filing a ticket, with approvals where the stakes call for them.

Search over your documents

Retrieval across contracts, manuals and archives, where every answer links to the passage it came from.

Workflow automation

Extraction, classification and routing for the repetitive work buried in inboxes, forms and PDFs.

Voice

Phone and in-app voice assistants that book, answer and escalate, in the languages your customers speak.

Evaluation & guardrails

Test sets from your real cases, quality tracked on every change, and limits on what the system is allowed to say and do.

Stack we reach for

Proven tools we know deeply. We pick per project, and we are happy to work inside the stack you already run.

How it runs

Working software at every stage, a demo every Friday, and no long silences between kickoff and launch.

Week 1

Pick the task

Find the work worth automating, collect real examples and agree what good looks like.

Weeks 2–3

Prove it

A working prototype on your data, scored against the examples, so the decision is based on results.

Weeks 4–9

Harden

Integrations, permissions, guardrails, monitoring and a handoff path to people.

Ongoing

Improve

Review real conversations, grow the test set and ship improvements with the numbers to back them.

Questions we hear

No. We use providers and settings that do not train on your data, and we can deploy within your own cloud account when that is required.

Answers are grounded in your sources and cite them, the system is tested against real cases before launch, and it is designed to say it does not know and hand off.

Whichever does the task best for the cost. We often compare a few on your test set and keep the system flexible enough to switch later.

That is a common starting point. A short discovery finds the two or three tasks where it would pay off, and the ones where it would not.

We estimate running costs during the prototype, using your real volumes, so there are no surprises when usage grows.
