What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company and anything you choose to tell us about your project. When you apply for a role, we receive your application and any materials you send.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. If you allow analytics cookies, we also collect aggregated usage data. See the cookie policy for details.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you want, to prepare a proposal.
- To assess job applications.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it, where you have agreed to analytics.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal bases
Where data protection law requires one, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and on your consent for non-essential cookies.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to host this site, handle email and store records. They process data on our behalf under contract and only for the purposes above. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact unless we start working together. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to twelve months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top.
